Solder wire
First, the product introduction
Victaulic is the first company in the industry to use real-time monitoring of rosin content in the production process to ensure that rosin continues to core. This technology has applied for a national invention patent, the patent number is: ZL201310388962. Continuous core solder wire is widely used in robotic automatic welding process, reducing the repair rate and greatly improving production efficiency. Victaulic can provide a variety of solder cords with rosin content (1.0-4.0%), wire diameter (φ0.1-φ3.0mm) and alloy composition.
Second, product features
·The flux in the wire is evenly distributed, with good continuity and no broken core;
·Small splash and low smoke during welding;
·The winding wire is neat, flat, and will not entangle when it is routed;
·Excellent thermal conductivity, fast tinning speed and strong wetting force;
· Less corrosive to ferrochrome.
